Divisions I & II of the Circuit Court of Crawford County are located in the upper level of the Crawford County Courthouse in Steelville, Missouri. The Circuit Court handles cases including criminal felony, divorce, adoptions, juvenile, orders of protection, civil suits of more than $25,000.00, paternity, and child support.

Division III of the Circuit Court of Crawford County handles civil cases under $25,000.00, small claims cases, and Probate cases. This division also litigates traffic and other minor violations. It is located adjacent to the Crawford County Courthouse on the east side. (111 Third Street—the office building with the black handrail)
