The Crawford County Recorder of Deeds requests bids for a Plat/Survey storage system.
Bid specifications:
8 Plat/Survey Filing Cabinets with carts.
Maximum Document Size: 24″x41″
Dimensions: 18″x27″x47″
Document Capacity: 500-1500 depending on document thickness and storage method chosen.
Must have 2 rods set 18″ apart attached to the back of the cabinet and 2 rods set 13″ apart attached to the back of the cabinet.
24″x36″ envelope w/2 pockets 18″x24″ in packages of 10
Cabinets must be fire resistant and water resistant.
Sealed bids will be accepted in the Crawford County Recorders Office located at:

All sealed bids must be received in the Recorder of Deeds office no later than 4:00 P.M., May 1, 2026.
