Recorder of Deeds

The Recorder of Deeds is responsible for maintaining official records involving real estate, including transfers, deeds of trust, surveys, tax liens, and subdivision plats. This office also keeps records of discharges of citizens from the United States Armed Forces, and processes marriage licenses. We offer recording of Military Service Discharge (DD214) records free of charge.
